NORTH SAILS:
North Sails, an international powerhouse, specializes in outfitting top-quality sailboats for prestigious events such as the America's Cup, Volvo Ocean Race, and Olympic games. In Brazil, North Sails represents the finest Aluminum and Carbon Fiber Mast and Boom manufacturers. Their expertise lies in aerodynamic profiles that sustain performance and reliability. North Sails Brazil also manages the sales and logistics of B&G electronic instruments, Harken winches/sail roller furling's, and hardware. These esteemed companies are excited participants in the MCP Sailing Yacht Division team.
A. BOTTINO design + engineering:
Mr. Bottino, a renowned Naval Engineer and Architect in the performance sailing yacht market, brings a wealth of experience to the table. His journey began at the family shipyard, and over the years, he has contributed to notable projects. A partnership with Soto Acebal Naval Architects resulted in the design of several high-quality sailboats. Visiting MCP SHIPYARD facilities, Mr. Bottino expressed his sentiments: "So good to be here…" The MCP team takes pride in having Mr. Bottino by our side.
Exterior
The SILVER BULLET 100 is a contemporary and luxurious SLOOP featuring a saloon on the middle deck. Its design and configuration create spaces typically found on larger boats, offering an unobstructed deck for effortless sailing maneuvers (self-tacking jib). This 100-footer, with helms and consoles strategically placed in the aft area of the saloon cockpit, ensures easy steering. An electrically operated HARD TOP provides instant climate control, sheltering against wind, rain, or sun.
Designed for both social sailing and regattas, a deck area aft of the Cockpit Saloon allows ample room for maneuvers. The stern boasts a terrace by the sea, sheltered by a retractable Bimini awning. Large windows behind the master cabin provide a unique perspective of the vastness of the sea.
The terrace accommodates a Jet Ski during sailing, offering a blend of relaxation and adventure. A hydraulic platform, when at anchor, enhances the "beach on the sea" living experience. A retractable keel and a forward deck swimming pool further showcase the vessel's versatility.
The SILVER BULLET's design emphasizes simplicity and perfection, avoiding unnecessary weight and equipment. A hydraulic retractable keel adjusts the draft for harbor entrances or beach approaches. The support dinghy, launched using the halyard of the asymmetric balloon, is stored on the forward deck.
The interior design prioritizes space and comfort, maintaining a modern and aggressive aesthetic. The saloon's mid-deck layout creates an atmosphere of comfort, with equipment encapsulated in a watertight and soundproof space. Views of the maritime environment are seamlessly integrated, offering a luxurious Owner's suite, three guest suites, a large galley, and crew accommodation.
The SILVER BULLET 100 is a dream, featuring an invisible drop anchor, below-deck mooring locker, anchor winch, bow thruster, and hydraulic easy reefing boom—a culmination of decades of sailing experience and meticulous design.
